Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience and purchases at Kevaro. Should a product not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return and refund policy.

1. Cooling-off Period & Returns You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason and to register it for return. After this registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.

2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original factory packaging. The costs for the return shipment to our warehouse are at the consumer's expense.

3. Refund Process Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Upon approval, the full purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 7 working days via the original payment method you used during checkout.
